Payment Policies
Please read the policies below prior to making a payment. Making a payment will constitute notice and acceptance of these policies. All transactions are in US Dollars. Listed prices do not include any applicable taxes; applicable taxes will be calculated by the payment processor during checkout. If your preferred method of payment is not available at checkout, please let me know so that I can enable it (if possible). For additional questions about payments or policies, contact me.
Advance Payment Policy
All payments must be made prior to the session. If the payment has not been received at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time of the session, it will be deemed to be a cancellation by the client.
Refund and Dispute Resolution Policy
Multi-session packages cancelled within the first two sessions will receive a prorated refund minus an additional 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be given for packages cancelled after the first two sessions.
Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the best practices and procedures described here.
Attendance and Session Cancellation Policy
Sessions cancelled by the client with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. If the client is more than ten minutes late for a session, it will be deemed to be a cancellation by the client. Sessions cancelled by the instructor with less than 24 hours notice will either be refunded in full or rescheduled based on client preference. If the instructor is more than ten minutes late for a session, it will either be deemed to be a cancellation by the instructor and refunded in full or rescheduled based on client preference.
Multi-session packages must be used within 6 months of the date of purchase or the unused sessions will be deemed to be cancelled by the client and no refunds will be given.
Multiple Session Discount Policy
The rate for a single one hour session is $30. Clients booking a 5 Session Package will receive a 10% discount off the standard hourly rate. Clients booking a 15 Session Package will receive a 20% discount off the standard hourly rate. Pricing and discounts for custom project packages will be negotiated individually.
Security Capabilities and Policy for Transmission of Payment Card Details
This website uses Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS), which is an extension of the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP). It uses encryption for secure communication over a computer network. This website uses SSL to secure connections and help prevent hackers from stealing visitors' information.
Payments occur exclusively on the secure Stripe payment platform. This website does not collect, store, or transmit any payment card or other financial information.
